About us

Who we are

Founded by Tewodros Admassu Feyisa, we began in general contracting and strategically expanded into machinery rental, construction materials, imports, and coffee export to better serve Ethiopia’s fast-growing economy. Today, our group operates multiple business units—including Grade 1 general construction and Grade 1 water works—under one agile, entrepreneur-led umbrella.

Chief Executive Officer

Tewodros Admassu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tafcon Engineering & Trading, bringing a rigorous technical foundation and a results-driven leadership style to the role. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Arba Minch University (June 2014), a discipline that sharpened his analytical thinking, problem-solving, and systems-level decision making.

Guided by an entrepreneurial mindset, Tewodross has a track record of spotting opportunities early, translating ideas into executable strategies, and building high-performing teams to deliver measurable impact. His management approach blends clarity of vision with operational discipline—aligning people, processes, and technology to accelerate growth while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder trust.
